Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman Dr. Javaid Laghari now again finds himself in the line of fire, as he is facing a case regarding non-payment of rent for a building hired to establish a law university. He has decided to move the court to get his name cleared in this case, it was learnt by this scribe here on Wednesday.

 

Sources said that the HEC had planned to establish the National University of Law and Social Sciences and buildings were acquired
