LANDI KOTAL : A grade-18 officer of the Fata Education Directorate has occupied a grade-19 post of agency education officer (AEO) in Khyber Agency, while in at least one case a junior teacher in grade-16 is sitting on the post of a higher secondary school principal and that too in the presence of two grade-17 teachers in the same school.
