<span style="font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;">Justice Ijaz Ahmad of the Lahore High Court (LHC), Rawalpindi Bench, on Wednesday, through a detailed judgment, declared the Rs20 per head airport entry fee illegal.</span>
The fee was levied by a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) contractor, Khawar & Co, on every person coming to the Benazir Bhutto International Airport (BBIA) for receiving or seeing off passengers.
