Rawalpindi : The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) and Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) are facing problems in execution of the Phase-III of Khanpur Dam Water Source Project of the federal government due to non-release of allocated funds by the competent financial authority.
