Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences doctor fined for wrong test

Negligence of staff at government hospitals may not be unusual for visitors, mostly the poor people, who put up with it, but some are exception. One such type is Abdul Latif, who has made a Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences doctor pay for running a wrong test on him.
