The top management at Health Services Academy (HSA) has planned to turn the government-run public health training institute into a seat of higher learning in a few years.
As indicated in a five-year strategic plan developed with the US financial assistance, the academy will be upgraded to the country’s first national public health university to serve all cadres of public health professionals and contribute to improvement of the people’s health
