KARACHI, The Sindh High Court on Tuesday put the Sindh Bar Council (SBC), the Sindh High Court Bar Association, and Karachi and Malir Bar Associations on notice on a petition against boycott of courts time and again announced by them.
A division bench of the SHC comprising Justices Ahmed Ali M. Shaikh and Azizur Rahman issued notices to the SBC and bar associations on the petition filed by Advocate Ahmed Qureshi.
In his petition, the lawyer said that court boycotts announced by the SBC
