Karachi The Sindh High Court issued notices to the registrar of the University of Karachi, its vice chancellor and the adviser on a petition against the appointment of retired employees on contractual basis.
The petitioner ,Waliur Rehman, submitted that despite administrative shortcomings and financial burdens, the vice chancellor was still hiring retired university employees on contract and fixed their salaries for six or three months or on daily wages. He alleged that the vice chancellor
