Rawalpindi The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has planned to educate the 3.5 million out of school 5 to 16-year-old children belonging to the families who couldn’t send their kids to any academic institution due to acute poverty.
Under this programme, such students will be enrolled in PEF partner institutions and will be educated under a 40 month long ‘foundation course’ leading to primary level certification. This course has been designed and prepared by the provincial literacy
