LAHORE he Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) on Tuesday conceded before the Lahore High Court that all private medical colleges were only minting money, instead of imparting quality education and serving the education sector.
The PMDC divulged this fact when a two-member bench put a query to its counsel whether private medical colleges allocated admission quota for the poor students or talented ones.
