Karachi Education was the top priority in the agenda of Liaquat Ali Khan and despite severe financial constraints he established four universities in the initial phase of the country.
This was stated during a seminar on Liaquat Day organized by the Quaid-e-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan Memorial Committee in collaboration with the Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) where speakers paid rich tribute to the first prime minister of Pakistan.
