Road renamed after former VC
PESHAWAR, The main road of University of Peshawar (UoP) has been named after its former vice-chancellor Abdul Hashim Khan.
A formal ceremony in this connection was held on Friday in which former corps commander Peshawar and son of Abdul Hashim Khan, Lt-Gen (retd) Hamid Khan along with Provincial Minister for Higher Education Qazi Asad unveiled the plaque of the now Hashim Khan Avenue previously called as road number 2.
