Safe water filter is unsafe be careful

I HAVE been using safe water filter since 2007 unsatisfied with the quality of water.

I got it tested from a recognised clinical laboratory. The report suggested the water is not fit for drinking purpose (human consumption).

I have stopped using the filter as the water is unsafe. Within the last few months I have made repeated calls to the company.

However, the management is not owning any responsibility and comes up with all kinds of excuses, including blaming the dealers.
