Germany offers to train police Karachi
The consul-general of Germany in Karachi, Dr Tilo Klinner, called on Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Hussain Wassan here on Monday and offered training programmes for the police. An official of the home department said Wassan welcomed the offer, and said a detailed programme would be chalked out and presented to the German government.Klinner also suggested a vocational training programme for the highly educated people.
