LAHORE, Jan 10: The Lahore Arts Council on Tuesday observed mourning by not holding any cultural activity both at Alhamra Art Center on The Mall and Alhamra Cultural Complex at Qadhafi Stadium in the wake of the stampede.
Lahore Arts Council Executive Director Muhammad Ali Baloch told Dawn that the home secretary had visited the
cultural complex and got first-hand information about the incident.
