LAHORE, Jan 10: The Gulberg police on Tuesday detained the security in-charge and nine guards of the Punjab Group of Colleges in connection with the Alhamra Cultural Complex stampede that led to three deaths.
The police, however, could not arrest the college principal who absconded soon after the incident.
