Additional District and Sessions Judge Anjum Raza Syed on Saturday granted pre-arrest bail to PML-N MPA Farha Deeba, accused of holding a bogus degree.
The court also summoned the Islampurra SHO by January 31st along with the case record.
On Saturday, Farha Deeba filed her pre-arrest bail contending that she was falsely implicated in the fake degree case. She said that she was elected legally on the MPA seat on reserved quota for females. Before the elections, she had cleared all the
