The Mir Khalil-ur-Rehman Memorial Society (MKRMS), Punjab government’s Literacy and Non Formal Basic Education Department and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) jointly organised a seminar titled ‘Literate and Prosperous Punjab through Quality Non-Formal Education and our Responsibilities’ at the District Council Hall, Rawal Town, on Thursday.
