IT has been observed that physically and mentally handicapped children, also known as special children, are never given a good education. Schools are nurseries for children where a special child can be transformed into an educated one. Unfortunately there are very few schools for them.
I have seen many special children who are just wasting their energy in useless acts. People feel pity for them because they do not have schools where they can study, learn and play.
