KARACHI: Senior Minister for Education and Literacy Pir Mazharul Haq has declared that legal action would be taken against those teachers who held a meeting recently to demand his resignation.
Rejecting the allegations levelled by Sindh Professors and Lecturers Association (SPLA) leaders, he said in a statement issued on Monday that he had great respect for teachers and the teaching profession and that he could not even think of disgracing teachers.
