ISLAMABAD: The Centre for Entrepreneurship and Leadership (CEL), a joint initiative of the SME Business Support Fund (BSF), Ministry of Finance and Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), organised a special training workshop here on Thursday at its Islamabad campus to enable students and professionals to learn different business techniques required to run a profitable business.
