THE Civil Lines Police have registered a case against 732 teachers for violating Section 144 on The Mall.
However, none of the accused teacher was arrested. Around one thousand teachers had protested for their pay package on The Mall on Thursday in sheer violation of Section 144.
Meanwhile, Punjab Teachers Union (PTU) has warned the Punjab government that if they do not withdraw case against teachers, they will give collective arrests.
