ISLAMABAD, May 17: Special children needed special attention and extra-curricular activities could bring them back to the normal life.
It was stated by the Minister of Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Nazar Mohammad Gondal at the children festival held for the special children at F-9 Park on Thursday.
The federal minister said the special persons should also get opportunities just like normal people in every field of life.
