LAHORE, May 17: The Punjab University Academic Staff Association within a day held back its three demands made at a press conference.
An official statement issued after association’s general body meeting on Thursday no more demands cancellation of admissions of all IJT nazims in hostels and academic departments, and immediate vacation of hostels. It also did not press the authorities for removal of the IGP.
The meeting, chaired by president Amer Sarwar, stuck to its executive body
