Islamabad: Maintaining its previous tradition, Lok Virsa (National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage) celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm, fervour and festivity at its Shakaparian complex on Tuesday. The day at the Shakaparian complex started with a flag-hoisting ceremony.
