LAHORE: Three brilliant blind students of the Punjab University secured a place in the top five positions of the academic merit for admission to MPhil in Special Education Department of the Allama Iqbal Open University.
Shamasul Zia, Shakil Ahmad and Shahzad Gulnar, former students of the Punjab University, applied for admission on an open merit and were placed at serial No 1, 3 and 5, respectively, strictly in accordance with the criteria laid down by the Higher Education Commission.
