ISLAMABAD : Contractual teachers from model colleges protested outside Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) against non-issuance of appointment letters to them after the government regularised their services.
The protesters closed the exit gates of the building due to which the FDE employees remained stuck inside till about 8pm.
From December 2012 to February 17, the Ministry of Capital Administration and Development (CAD) issued notifications regularising the services of 1,528
