<strong>HYDERABAD, March 16: Deteriorating standard of education in Sindh universities and colleges continued to fall as a number of government posts, mainly in specialists cadre, in various subjects in health, education and agriculture departments could not be filled because of non-availability of suitable candidates during 2011, Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) revealed it in its annual report 2011 released recently.</strong>
