ISLAMABAD: The outgoing members of the national and provincial assemblies failed in furnishing their educational degrees/certificates sought by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) despite repeated reminders will have to face criminal proceeding.
The HEC is writing to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to initiate the action in accordance with its own decisions and in the light of the verdict of the apex court. The HEC communication would be reaching the ECP the day the
