ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) and the First Women Bank Ltd. (FWBL) here on Friday signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for providing concession in fee to the females students of matric level, those living in less than 40 percent literacy region.
