ISLAMABAD (INP): The Higher Education Commission HEC, the Vice Chancellors from 22 public sector Universities across Pakistan would sign an MoU with Promotion of Education in Pakistan (PEP) a U.S. based, non- profit organization for the establishment of Student Advancement Endowment Fund (SAFE) and Student Endowment Fund (SEF).
The agreement would be signed on Monday (today) at HEC Islamabad.
Dr.Javaid R. Laghari Chairman HEC would be guest of honor of the ceremony and deliver a keynote
