KARACHI (APP): Higher Education Commission (HEC) will hold a meeting here at the Governor House on Sunday for the re-union of Alumni from Sindh under HEC-USAID Merit and Needs-Based Scholarship Programme. The programme will start 4 pm, said a HEC announcement. Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan will be the chief guest.
