ISLAMABAD – Lack of cleanliness arrangements in lavatories at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) has turned this largest ever hospital of federal capital into epicenter of diseases.In every ward of PIMS, a number of toilets are highly disproportionate to the strength of the patients so much so that they cannot cater to the need of patients and their attendants.
