The administrations of three allied hospitals and office-bearers of the Young Doctors Association (YDA), Rawalpindi Chapter, hosted a reception for Professor of Medicine at Rawalpindi Medical College Dr. Mohammad Umar on Thursday, as he assumed the charge of RMC principal and chief of teaching hospitals.
