Recurring strikes, mourning days jeopardize education system in the country

KARACHI: Academic activities were suspended in the city for at least 30 out of the 66 working days in 2013. The culture of frequent strikes and sporadic breakdown of law and order situation have harmed the education system in the country in general and Karachi in particular.
