The Sindh High Court (SHC) issued notices to the attorney general of Pakistan and an advocate on Wednesday on a petition against the constitution of the Sindh Higher Education Commission by the provincial government.
The petitioners, Dr Attaur Rehman and PML-N leader Marvi Memon, have assailed the Sindh Higher Education Commission Act 2013, describing it as unconstitutional.
