THE Lahore High Court on Thursday reserved verdict on a petition challenging admission of students in National College of Arts on the basis of favouritism instead of merit.
The petitioners through their counsel Aftab Ahmed Bajwa argued that NCA administration had issued a list of new entrants to the college in violation of merit and had deprived eligible candidates of admission.
By doing so, the administration had not only wreaked havoc
