PUNJAB University Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences Dean Prof Dr Zakria Zakir has said that by understanding the phenomenon of domestic violence in its true perspective, heinous crimes against women can be stopped.
According to a press release issued here Thursday, he said this while addressing a seminar organised by Punjab University Department of Gender Studies in connection with World Women’s Day.
