ISLAMABAD: A 3-day women festival to mark the International Women’s Day would be organised at Shakarparian by Lok Virsa (National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage), the Parliamentarian Commission for Human Rights and Lok Parya.
First Lady, Begum Nusrat Pervez Ashraf would be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of the festival.
