A joint reference was held in memory of two poets, Yaad Siddiqui and Israr Hussain Shaki, at the Arts Council on Tuesday.
The former was a distinguished Urdu poet, and the latter was not only an eminent Urdu poet but also a fiction writer and a journalist.
