RAWALPINDI: The District Election Commission (DEC) will start imparting training to 18,000 polling staff from April 18. These staff members will be deployed at 2,150 polling stations in seven national assembly and 14 provincial assembly constituencies of the region on May 11.
“A 10-day training programme will commence from April 18, under which 18,000 government employees will be given election training to ensure free, fair and transparent polls in the Rawalpindi district,” said District
