Centre approached for launching Fata University

PESHAWAR : The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor has approached the federal government to expedite the process of launching the Fata University.

Official sources told Dawn that Fata University project had already been included in the federal PSDP with an allocation of Rs1,500 million during the current financial year. They added further delay with regard to declaration of the charter of the varsity would cause lapse of funds.
