Islamabad: A workshop on the art and technique of short filmmaking was held at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), says a press release.
The workshop sought to orientate young and aspiring filmmakers about different aspects of filmmaking to enable them participate meaningfully in the ongoing short film contest being jointly organised by the PNCA and Midas Communications, Islamabad.
