ISLAMABAD: Minister for Capital Administration and Development (CAD), Younus Soomro Thursday said an additional 525,000 teachers are needed in the country to achieve universal primary education by 2015.
Addressing at an event “Teachers’ Day Out” of Global Action Week organised by Pakistan Coalition for Education (PCE) at F-9 Park, the minister emphasised on initiating major reforms in education system to increase the enrolment and literacy rate in the country.
