ISLAMABAD - The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman through a letter has requested the Prime Minister to restore the autonomy of the Commission and nullify the amendments made in the Rules of Business 1973.
The Ministry of Finance on April 17 had written to the HEC that its administrative control has been given to the Ministry of Education and Training and now onward the funds would not be released directly to the Commission but through the Ministry of Education and Training. A number
