LAHORE, March 28: The Lahore High Court directed on Thursday the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore, to issue within a day a duplicate matriculation certificate to former federal minister Faisal Saleh Hayat.</strong>
Mr Hayat filed a petition and submitted through his counsel that he lost his original certificate of the secondary education and requested the board to issue him a duplicate copy.
