PESHAWAR: With financial and logistic support offered by Unicef, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department Wednesday launched Mother and Child Week aimed at reaching out to those children who remained deprived of routine immunisation campaign in the province and increase awareness among mothers.
The awareness week was first started in Mardan district in 2007 and now extended to all districts of the province due to increasing number of refusals by parents to immunise their children
