PPP candidate promises to set up varsity

<strong>MARDAN, April 1: Pakistan People’s Party candidate for NA-9 Shazia Aurangzeb on Monday said she would ensure establishment of a university, separate transport system and vocational centres for women in Mardan city if the locals elect her during the next elections.</strong>
