For its weekly meeting the Rotary Club Islamabad Metropolitan (RCIM) invited the ambassador of the King of the Belgians, Peter Claes, as guest of honour and it must be said it was a good choice.
Not only was it a ‘getting to know you’ affair because Ambassador Claes spoke frankly about his life and career but it was a learning experience as well — about diplomacy; about communicating with people and last but not least, the country he represents,
