First Pakistani woman who scaled Mount Everest arrives

The first Pakistani woman climber to scale the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest (8,848 metres), Samina Baig, termed her achievement a part of struggle for gender equality in the country.

 

She was talking to journalists after her arrival at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport here on Monday.
